Rauster Recruiter Code of Conduct

 

At Rauster, we are committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in the recruiting services delivered through our platform. All Freelance Recruiters using Rauster agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct.

1. Professionalism and Representation
– Act professionally in all interactions with clients and candidates.
– Accurately represent job opportunities and client expectations.
– Respect candidate confidentiality and provide timely updates.

2. Compliance and Ethics
– Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination and employment laws.
– Avoid conflicts of interest or disclose them immediately to Rauster.
– Do not submit candidates without their consent or misrepresent their qualifications.

3. Candidate Ownership and Submissions
– Only submit candidates that you have sourced or have authorization to represent.
– Respect candidate ownership timelines and platform rules regarding exclusivity.
– Do not attempt to bypass Rauster by engaging directly with clients outside of the platform.

4. Communication and Responsiveness
– Respond promptly to communications from clients and Rauster staff.
– Provide accurate information about candidate status, interest, and availability.
– Maintain transparency in all coordination efforts with both clients and candidates.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
– Keep all client and candidate information strictly confidential.
– Do not share or misuse any platform data or private communications.
– Follow all privacy and data security expectations outlined in the contractor agreement.

6. Platform Conduct and Technology Use
– Use Rauster’s tools as intended and do not attempt to manipulate platform rules or systems.
– Refrain from harassing, spamming, or abusing any feature of the system.
– Maintain a positive and collaborative presence in the Rauster community.

7. Violations and Enforcement
– Violations of this Code may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent deactivation of access to Rauster, or termination of your Independent Contractor Agreement.
– Serious breaches, including fraud or client poaching, will result in immediate termination and may include legal action.

We believe that adherence to this Code of Conduct fosters trust, professionalism, and success for all parties in the Rauster marketplace.
