Rauster Refund & Payment Dispute Policy

1. No Refund Policy
All Rauster placement fees are final and non-refundable. Clients accept the standard risks of hiring when using the platform.
2. Dispute Window
Clients must notify Rauster of any billing errors or disputes within thirty (30) days of the candidate’s start date. After this window, all charges are deemed accepted.
3. Candidate Issues
No refunds will be granted due to candidate resignation or termination unless a separate replacement guarantee was agreed to in writing.
4. Dispute Resolution
Rauster will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve payment disputes. Any unresolved matters shall be governed by the dispute resolution terms in the Terms of Service.
5. Recruiter Compensation
Recruiter payments are not subject to client disputes once Rauster has received full payment. Recruiters remain eligible under the terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement.
