Who are the recruiters working my job?

Each recruiter that uses our platform is a carefully vetted U.S.-based professional with a senior level of experience. Typically they each specialize in one or several industries. They join Rauster because we let them have most of the staffing fee.

When do I pay the fee for the resources I hire?

Invoices are sent the day your new hire starts work and is not due until 30 days after. The invoice will be 12% of the agreed salary for your new hire.

Can I post jobs that are hourly or contract roles?

You can only post full-time jobs on Rauster. Contract staffing is something we’ve got on our future roadmap.

What if I want to hire a candidate for a different role than the one I posted?

When you’re interviewing a candidate submitted by a recruiter on Rauster, you can hire them even if it’s for a different role than the one you posted. When you hire them, enter the agreed salary and the fee will be a flat 12% just like usual.
